Self-Esteem?

I don't understand what's wrong in this society. What's wrong with us guys? We deal with women who's self-esteem is crumbling every second of their life, and what do we do, nothing. How hard is it to say 'you look really nice' to a woman. I don't get it. If we understood even slightly what girls go through (and I'm not pretending I do, I just have friends who have had melt-downs on me)I hope we would be a little more appreciative, rather than critical and cruel. Seriously, the women in our lives deserve some sort of award for all the work they go through just to even get a nod of approval from us, and what do we do, nothing. It's pathetic. I personally refuse to stand for this anymore, my goal is to make sure I never ruin a woman's self-esteem again.
